Macpro Distributors is a family run business that manufactures and markets high quality Metalwax product line. We have more than 30 years of experience in the automotive detailing services and have used and tested almost every single product in the market.

In the detailing business, time is money. You don't get paid by the hour, you get paid by the job. You have to have products that work fast and do a great job. We weren’t quite satisfied with any of the commercial products that are available for this type of business. Most of them don't work and if they do, it’s just not the job quality we are looking for.

We have an excellent customer service department to assist you with your projects and product applications. Our site also have links to you tube videos for actual demonstrations and if that’s not enough our customer service email accepts photo uploads to assess the severity of your metal projects. We aim for your satisfaction and back it up with reliable and knowledgeable customer support. In simple terms, we can guarantee our products work within the context of its applications and proper usage.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, contact us at 530-923-2972 and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Ship items only via UPS and write down the RA number on shipping details on the box.
All returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase limited to the following conditions:
1. No RA number, No return.
2. Purchased items must be in original unopened sealed plastic bag.If this sealed bag is opened, we will not process your return. This guarantees that returned items are not tampered with.
3. Attach purchase receipt.
4. Bulk orders (5 gallons and up) are non-returnable when shipping box is opened.
5. Customer pays for all return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 5 business days from receipt of items. There will be a $10.00 processing fee deducted from amount of purchase. Credits will be to the form of payment used on purchase. Allow extra days for banking process when the credit will show in your bank statement. You will be duly advised via your email provided to us.
